Abstract

Objective To study the clinical value of combined tumor marker detection NSE,CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The serum level of NSE,CEA and CA125 in 25 normal persons and 41 lung cancer patients were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The mean serum levels of NSE,CEA and CA125 were higher in the lung carcinoma group than normal group with statistical significance(P0.05),and it was more effective in the diagonosis of lung cancer through the way of combining measurement of NSE,CEA and CA125.Conclusion The combined tumor markers detection NSE,CEA and CA125 is more valuable than single tumor marker detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
