Abstract

Objective To search the diagnostic value of the conjoined detection method for tumor markers CEA,CA-50,CA242,CA125 and NSE for lung cancer. Methods Choose 45 cases of lung cancer, benign lung diseases 31 cases and 21 health persons as control group. Then apply time distinguish fluorescence immunity technique to determine the level of tumor markers in the blood serum. Results The concentrations of the five tumor markers in the cancer patients group are higher than that of the benign lung diseases group and the health control group(P0.01 and P0.05).The sensitivities are CEA 68.9%(31/45),CA-50 66.7%(30/45),CA242 55.6%(25/45),CA125 48.9%(22/45) and NSE 44.4%(20/45) respectively. However, the sensitivity of combing detection achieves 95.6%(43/45).Conclusion The conjoined detection of CEA,CA-50,CA242,CA125 and NSE promote distinctively the sensitivity and specificity for lung cancer patients, which will provide a scientific and reliable method for diagnosis of lung cancer.
