Abstract
The culture factors are studied by orthogonal experiment designs in order to optimize the growth conditions of the algae Sprulina platensis. The results show that the algae Sprulina platensis grows well under the conditions of light illumination 6000 lx,temperature 33℃,rotating speed 130 r·min~(-1),pH value 9~10,vitamin B_6 5×10~(-5)g·L~(-1).The dry weight is 0.6112 g·L~(-1) after 7 days' cultivation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
