Abstract

From the experiments of one-factor and the L9(34) orthogonal experiment,we studied the optimal ration among NaHCO3,NaNO3 and K2HPO4,so it is NaHCO3 8.4 g/L,NaNO3 2.0 g/L,K2HPO4 0.1 g/L when the glucose concentration is 3.0 g/L,and the dry weight is up to 1.60 g/L.The optimal ration can demand the carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus of spirulina.
