Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathogens distribution in urinary tract infection and the drug-resistance so as to provide basis for clinic selection of antibiotics. Methods 158 strains of pathogenic bacterium of urinary tract infection were detected and drug-resistance test was made to them;ESBLs was applied in the detection of Escherichia coli. Results Escherichia coli were detected to be the top in urinary tract infection(42.4%),and then was Enterococcus(10.1%);the detection rate of Escherichia coli kept raising yearly;Gram-negaive bacillus were sensitive to imipenem while Gram-positive cocci were most sensitive to Vancomycin. Conclusion There is multielement in pathogenic bacterium of urinary tract infection, and the drug-resistance is getting stronger and stronger,to which high attention should be paid in clinic.
