Abstract
Objective: To analyze the drug resistance in pediatric urinary tract infection with Escherichia coli in children of 5 to 8 years old. Method: Collected the urine samples of 123 children inpatients, the drug susceptibility tests were performed. Result: 123 cases pediatric urinary tract infection mainly infected Escherichia coli, accounted for 60. 61%. The Escherichia coli were resistant to several antibiotics with different degree, and was highly susceptible to Tienam and amikacin, and the cure rate for pediatric urinary tract infection was 98. 33% and 95. 24% respectively. Conclusion: Escherichia coli is the mainly pathogenic bacteria of pediatric urinary tract infection,it is necessary to test the drug susceptibility to improve the effect.
