Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors in type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.MethodsSelect 557 diabetes patients without acute complication. Including 200 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and 357 diabetic patient without cerebral infarction.Blood pressure(BP),blood triglyceride(TG),blood cholesterol(TCHO),fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting blood insulin(FBI) were measured.Insulin sensibility index(ISI) was calculated.compare the differences of the guideline from the two groups.ResultsBP,TG were higher in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction than in those without cerebral infarction (198.3±27.3)mmHg:(163.4±25.4) mmHg,(1.9±1.2) mmol/L:(1.4±0.9) mmol/L,P0.05.ISI was lower in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction than in those without cerebral infarction (-0.012±0.870): (0.156±0.800),P0.05.And TCHO was also higher in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction than in those without cerebral infarction (5.6±1.5) mmol/L:(5.0±1.0) mmol/L, P0.01.ConclusionHypertension,insulin sensibility index, hyperlipidemia are the risk factors causing cerebral infarction among type 2 diabetes mellitus.
