Clinical analysis of cerebral infarction with diabetes:152 cases observation

Objective: To compare the blood lipid,blood glucose and prognosis situation between patients with cerebral infarction combining diabetes and patients without diabetes.Methods: Separated 152 patients with acute cerebral infarction into cerebral infarction with diabetes group(A group),cerebral infarction without diabetes group(B group) and cerebral infarction with temporary high blood glucose(C group).Compared the imaging of cerebral CT scanner,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),and the status of neurological impairment in three groups.Results: Compared with cerebral infarction patients without diabetes,the situations of patients with cerebral infarction combining diabetes and combing temporary high blood glucose were more server,with larger infarct size,higher levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,VLAL-C and FBG,and more sever neurological impairment.Conclusion: Cerebral infarction patients with diabetes had worse therapeutic effect and prognosis.It is associated with high level of blood glucose.
