Abstract

Twenty-one endophytic fungi have been already isolated from Taxus chinensis var.mairei.Three strains' cultures have been checked out taxol by HPLC in these endophytic fungus. The taxol yield of XT5(Ectostroma sp.),XT2(botrytis sp.)and XT17(Papulaspora sp.)were 276.75 μg/L,161.24 μg/L and 10.25 μg/L respectively.
