Study on the Construction of Teachers Team Cooperation in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Building Productive Practice Training Base

The combination of working and learning is an important way for vocational colleges to cultivate the talents with advanced skills. It has various forms,among which the construction of the productive training bases on campus by the cooperation of school and enterprise is a very effective way. Taking the major of mechanics and electronics integration in Jincheng Institute of Technology as an example,the paper discusses about the problems existing in the teaching staff construction of the productive training bases on campus, combines the current situation of the teaching staff construction and puts forward some strategies about the teaching staff construction of the productive training bases on campus by the cooperation of school and enterprise so as to provide reference for the similar schools to construct the training bases.
