Study on Approaches and Security Mechanism of Building Productive Training Bases by Colleges and Enterprises

The main bottleneck of the implementation of personnel training mode which combines work with study in vocational education is that the school and enterprise fail to integrate personnel training with the actual production closely.The key problem lies in that businesses do not put their own development and responsibility of personnel training together and schools do not integrate the production with teaching.Namely,schools and enterprises cannot apply technological progress to production.By implementation of making training bases in school for production and practice bases outside as part of the teaching,Jinhua College of Profession and Technology has succeeded in establishing a protection mechanism between universities and enterprises,which requires mutual trust and mutual cooperation and interaction.The success has greatly help promote the teaching reform and improve the quality of teaching.
