Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atomization inhalation of hypertonic saline treatment in capillary bronchitis. Methods 76 cases of patients with capillary bronchitis were divided into observation group( Hypertonic saline treatment group,38) and control group( conventional therapy group,38) randomly. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than in control group( P 0. 05). The cough reduce time,breathing ease time,lung's ease of time and average Hospital Stays were significantly lower in observation group than in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Atomization inhalation of hypertonic saline treatment can make a better clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in capillary bronchitis.
