Effect Observation of Atomization Inhalation Therapy Capillary Bronchitis With Hypertonic Saline Water

Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect in atomization inhalation treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis with hypertonic saline joint budesonide,isopropyl Joe bromine amine. Methods To choose 78 cases of capillary bronchitis of hospitalized patients in my families and were divided into observation group and control group(n=39,observation group with 7.5% sodium chloride 2 ml into budesonide 250 ug,isopropyl bromide amine 125 ug,compression atomizing inhalation every 8 hours,the control group with 0.9% sodium chloride 2 ml into budesonide 250 ug,isopropyl bromide amine 125 ug,compression atomizing inhalation every 8 hours; Compare two groups of children with severe rating,lung wheezing sound,wet sex then disappear time and hospitalization days. Results The treatment group of hospitalization days for 5 ~ 7 days,in the control group 7 ~ 10 days,hospitalization days in the hospital cure time of treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Hypertonic saline joint budesonide,isopropyl Joe bromine amine atomization inhalation treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis can obviously improve the symptoms,shorten the course of treatment.
