Abstract

The Great Development of the West brings opportunities of economic development to the ethnic regions in West China, and at the same time also asks these regions to strengthen their legal construction. To probe into the legal environment for the sustainable development in the ethnic regions is of great significance in perfecting the relevant laws and in ensuring the sustainable development in the ethnic regions.
