The Significance of Ethnic Legal Construction in the Large-Scale Western Development of China

Western areas of China are the places with a high concentration of ethnic people. Each ethnic group enjoys unique ways of production, livelihood and traditional customs. However, in the course of the large scale western development, because of the cultural differences, it is not easy to solve the problems only by the application of general regulations of the country.
