Abstract

The present paper deals with two new species of the Genus Asemiadalia. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academy Sinica.Asemiadalia spiculimaculata sp. nov. (fig. 1)Allied to A. potanini (Weise), but differs from the latter in the band mark of the suture of elytra and in the form of terminal siphon of male genitalia.Holotype ♂, Shennongjia (31°5'N, 110°1'E), Hubei 1640 m, July 7, 1981, collected by Han Yin-heng. Allotype ♀, paratypes 4♂♂, 4♀♀ data same as the holotype; 1♂, 1♀, Ningshaan (33°1'N, 108°1'E) Shaanxi, 1600m, July 21, 1979, collected by Han Yin-heng, 3♀♀, Foping, (33°5'N, 109°E), Shaanxi, August 2-9, 1973, collected by Zhang Xue-zhong; 1♂, 2♀♀ Qin-ling (34°1'N, 107°E), Shaanxi, August 23-27, 1973, eollee-ted by Zhang Xne-zhong.Asemiadalia lixianensis sp. nov. (fig. 2)Similar to the former new species, but distinguished by the marks of elytra being connected with each other and network-like, and by the different form of male genitalia.Holotype ♂, Lixian, Sichuan 2800m, Sept. 15, 1963, collected by Zou Huan-guang. Allotype 1♀, paratype 1♀, data same as for holotype.
