Value of Transvaginal Sonography in the Diagnosis of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective To explore the value of transvaginal sonography in diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.Methods The transvaginal sonographic findings obtained from 63 pathologically with tubal pregnancy were analyzed.Results The imagings of transvaginal sonography can be classified into three types:ring-like,hypoechoic or complex masses.Ring-like mass was the characteristic sonographic feature of tubal pregnancy.The accurate rate of diagnosis with ultrasonography was 96.83%.Conclusion Tubal pregnancy can be detected earlier with transvaginal sonography.The sensitivity of diagnosis with ultrasonography will be increased by combining it with color doppler.
