Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect on hypertension nephropathy treated with telmisartan. Methods 40 cases of such patient were divided into two groups randomly. The therapy group was treated with telmisartan and control group was treated with valsartan. The changes of Bp,urine protein,BUN,creatinine, blood routine test as liver and kidney function, electrolyte, lipid and ECG were observed before and after treatment. The t test was analyzed. Results The Bp was decreased in both group and more obviously in therapy group with significant difference P0.05.The urine protein,BUN and creatinine in therapy grup were decreased obviously after treatment with P0.05.Conclusion The telmisartan might decrease blood pressure and urine protein to protect renal function and delay the progress of hypertension.
