The Treatment Effect on the Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Hemiplegia Acupuncture Combined with Passive Movement Training

Objective To investigate the treatment of acupuncture combined with passive movement training effect onactivities of daily living of stroke patients. Methods 40 cases of 2010 August- 2012 December hospitalized in the Department of rehabilitation medicine in our hospitalpatients. The rabbits were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,20patients in each group. The control group were treated by simple passiveactivities training,treatment group was treated withacupuncture on the basis of conventional therapycombined with passive motion therapy. Acupuncture 1 times / d,passive training 2times / d,2 courses were observed,using motor assessment scale modified bassindex,dynamic change before and after treatment in the two groups of motor function evaluation of activities of daily living. Results Comparison of results before treatment,twogroups of patients with BI,no significant difference( P 0. 05),BI control and treatment group and treatment group after treatment compared with before,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). And after the treatment,the treatment group BI increasedcompared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with passive movement training can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of promotion.
