The Analysis on the Strategies of the Vocational College English Teachers' Professional Transitional Development

Abstract

Today, vocational college English teachers' specialization has developed into a transition period in 21 century. However, due to the impact of certain factors, the process of transition and development of College English teachers has been frequently blocked. Based on the study of vocational college English teaching situation, this paper analyzed and summarized the college English teacher professional development problems and strategies.
