Abstract

With the development and maturity of the study of Confucian classics in Han dynasty,a kind of legal interpretation theory with the Chinese characteristics was invented and became an advanced knowledge,which has changed the situation that the methodology was underdeveloped in ancient China.Some scholars used the exegetical method which was popular in Han Dynasty,and weaved the Confucian values and spirits into the law,which connected the Confucian classics with the law,so the Confucian values became a kind of superior law,and formed the spiritual factor of ancient Chinese law.Moreover,some scholars have developed the method of lexicography,which promotes the development of the scientific classification,and causes the forming of legal system.
