Abstract

Objective To discuss the influence of exercise training on anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods One hundred and twenty hemodialysis patients with uremia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. On the basis of routine nursing care, the experimental group received exercise training three times a week for 12 weeks. Zung's self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depress scale were used to assess anxiety and depression of patients in two groups before and after intervention. Results Anxiety and depression scores of patients in the experimental group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Exercise training can improve the anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients with uremia.
