Effect of psychological nursing on patients' anxiety and depression with uremia hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients' anxiety and depression with uremia hemodialysis. Methods: In hemodialysis patients from Oct. 2010- Oct. 2011 in our hospital,160 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group were given targeted psychological nursing intervention,while the control group patients take common nursing. Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale( HAMD) assessment anxiety,depression level of two groups of patients. Results: After nursing the HAMA score and the HAMD score of experimental group were all lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Individual psychological nursing intervention on uremic dialysis patients,anxiety,depression,decreased significantly,so the appropriate planned psychological intervention can improve uremic dialysis patients psychological and improve the quality of life of patients.
