Abstract
The influence of different growth regulating substances on explants differentiation was studied with the cotyledon and hypocotyls explants of eggplants.High efficient regeneration systems of cotyledon and hypocotyl were established.The influence of temperature on the regeneration was discussed.The results showed that the best medium for initiation of adventitious bud of hypocotyl was MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L and 6-BA 2.5 mg/L.The propagation ratio of bud was 46%.The best medium for initiation of adventitious bud of cotyledon was MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L and KT 2.0 mg/L.The propagation ratio of buds wa 37%.
