The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disecse at acule attack

Objective Observation of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute attack stage effect.Methods 168 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute attack stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 84 cases in each group, two groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Chinese herbal decoction of Ephedra Decoction (, almond, gypsum, licorice root, astragalus, Codonopsis, earthworm, Salvia miltiorrhiza, angelica, Radix Scutellariae, Shuanghua, mulberry, Campanulaceae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, raw land) oral, two groups were observed in patients with symptoms, blood gas analysis, blood rheology indexes change.Results The treatment group of symptoms, blood gas analysis of main index change was better than the control group.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease acute reliable curative effect.
