Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and toxicity of autologous peripheral blood stem cells(APBSC)mobilization based on vinorelbine(NVB)combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)on chemotherapy-sensitive solid tumor patients. Methods:To enroll NVB-sensitive solid tumor patients.NVB mobilization regimen:NVB 75mg/m2,as the total dosage intravenously injected in various intervals.rhG-CSF 5μg/(kg·d)subcutaneously injected from the day of leucocytes recovered from the nadir to the day before harvesting.Every patient accepted twice collections in the continuous two days. Then to detect the proporation of MNC and CD34+ cells in the harvest. To assess the toxicity of NVB during mobilization and hematopoietic reconstitution after HDC supported by APBSC.Results:After APBSC mobilization,CD34+ cells of the three cases were all up to the liminal value for hematopoietic or immunologic reconstitution and could support 2-3 circles of high-dose chemotherapy. No severe toxicity was observed.Hematopoietic reconstitutions were successful in the three patients after APBSC transplantation.Conclusion:NVB-based chemotherapy and rhG-CSF might be an alternative in the mobilization of stem cells for autologous transplantation in chemotherapy-sensitive solid tumor patients.
