Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Borneol in Shenxiang capsule.METHODS Capillary gas chromatography was used. The column temperature was risen from 100℃ to 150℃ by program at the rate of 8℃ per minute,and maintained for 5 minutes, the detector temperature was 200℃.RESULTS The average recovery was 96.86% with RSD of 0.56% (n=5). CONCLUSION The method is accurate and can be applied in the determination of Borneol in Shengxiang capsule.
