Acupuncture Combined Suspended Moxibustion Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective] to observe the acupuncture with suspended moxibustion therapy effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,32 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Control group 16 cases of acupuncture,big job,si 3,throttle,clip ridge,sky column of cervical vertebra,prone position,disinfection of acupuncture points,flat or flat of acupuncture,to produce acid,bilge,needle sensation such as hemp,30 min/times,1/d. 16 cases of suspended moxibustion treatment group,on the job,si 3,throttle,cervical vertebra clip ridge,sky column YiZhu suspended moxibustion,give priority to with skin feeling warm,not hot. Acupuncture treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,pain score,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] the treatment group 15 cases cured,3 cases had marked effect,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 94.44%. Control group cure 6 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05). Degree of pain score two groups have improved(P 0.01),the treatment group improved better than that of control group(P0.01).[Conclusion] acupuncture combined suspended moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
