Differentiation of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective]To observe the differentiation of acupuncture treatment of curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.[ Methods]Using random parallel control method,117 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. 58 cases of normal control group acupuncture,find,wind pool,and clip ridge point acupuncture,the needle disinfection Pierce;Small lift plug twisting after acupuncture needling method to local produce acid bilges feeling;30 min,retaining needle stitches during 2 ~ 3 times,1/d. In 59 differentiation acupuncture treatment group:headache dizziness and stab lr 3;Poor blood and thorn valley;Conventional acupuncture and the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,treatment interval of 3 d,determine the curative effect.[ Results]The treatment group 39 cases cured,effective 19 cases,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 66.10%. The control group recovered 26 cases,28 cases effective,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 44.83%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Syndrome acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
