The paper introduces the main content of TRIPS and the basic regulations that aim to protect intellectual property rights asserted by WTO. Meanwhile, it compares TRIPS with the legal system of intellectual property right protection in China, and puts forward some countermeasures that should be taken for China to adapt to WTO.
