Abstract

The paper introduces the main content of TRIPS and the basic regulations that aim to protect intellectual property rights asserted by WTO. Meanwhile, it compares TRIPS with the legal system of intellectual property right protection in China, and puts forward some countermeasures that should be taken for China to adapt to WTO.
