Abstract

Protection of intellectual property in China appears obvious weaker than that in the developed countries, which is facing an even great impact by entering WTO. This paper briefly analyses the present status, cause and influence of protection of intellectual property. Proposals are made to countermeasures on protection of intellectual property in China after entering WTO.
