Admittance into the WTO and Our Country's Intellectual Property Protection

With sciences and technologies of information and life develop quickly, it has been increasingly sticking out that the intellectual property should be protected by the international society and should be brought into the adjustment range of the regulation of WTO at the end of the 20th century. As far as law, WTO has been greatly increasing the power to protect the intellectual property, strengthening the relation with international trade and constructing the international standard to protect the property about legislation, administrative law execution and judicature. It provides its members accepting TRIPS. After admittance into the WTO, it should exert a great influence on Chinese legislation, administrative law execution and judicature for protecting the property, it should become the important theory research task and our country's actual task.
