Abstract

Combining with the construction project management in north area of Jiangsu,this article carries on the research for innovation ability training of the Engineering management major talents.From reforming the engineering management teaching plan,contracting the scientific and logical engineering management experiment and practice teaching system,to training the students' innovative consciousness and ability,then we have formed an innovative talents training system of combining routine teaching with fortified training,class teaching with extracurricular activities.
