Abstract
Based on the analysis of computer network engineering talent quality in the local universities and colleges which cannot meet the demand of the market,the paper actively explores innovation,higher-quality applied talents training mode,trying to construct the supporting training programs on theory,practice and quality education system,meanwhile,scientifically to set up college students' innovative plan,carry out the comprehensive evaluation,reform teaching methods,improve the teachers' teaching level and make students have strong practice and innovation ability and professional skills,in order to achieve the positive exploration and practice in training the computer network engineering innovative,applied undergraduate talents.
