For engineering management professional in teaching process in the theory and actual out,by training students and enterprise demand difference very far,short-term within cannot adaptation work,solution actual problem ability insufficient,phenomenon,analysis has domestic University engineering management professional of status,and on how shortened engineering management professional talent training and enterprise demand of gap,from professional positioning,and teaching method mode,and practice teaching mode and the system,and technology innovation and application ability training mechanism,and examination mode,five aspects on application type talent training mode and the teaching method for research,made has some feasibility recommendations and thinking for reference.
