Abstract

Four kinds of macroporous resins were selected to compare their performances in adsorbing and desorbing flavonoids in bamboo leaves. The optimal absorbent material for flavonoids in bamboo leaves was decided.Experimental results showed that AB-8 resin possessed higher absorption and desorption capacity. The optimum parameters for separation were as follows: the range of the sample pH was 5.0 at the flow rate 1mL/min;the optimal solution for the adsorption was 60% ethanol with 4BV at the flow rate of 1.5 mL/min.The purity of flavonoids was 54.16%.
