Developing Graduate Students' Innovative Abilities in Universities

Abstract

Graduate education is an important part of fostering high-leveled innovative people.Training graduates' innovative and creative ability is important for carrying out the scientific concept of development and raising the education level.Universities and college can improve graduate students' innovative ability in six ways:establishing a new training pattern and a new motivation mechanism of education;further strengthening the building of disciplines and discipline groups;strengthening the tutors'staff;creating a good atmosphere for academic discussion and research;correctly evaluating the innovative achievements of graduate students;establishing a management and security system for education.
