On the Approches toward Cultivating Innovative Ability in PE Graduate Students

As a requirement of quality education, the cultivation of innovative ability in graduate students is a must to meet fierce social competition and a guarantee for first-class human resources for the cause of constructing an innovative country. The paper, in the light of comprehensive analysis of graduate students' innovative ability, puts forward a series of approaches to increasingly improving innovative ability of graduate students, including setting up innovation-oriented graduate curriculum system, spurring reform in teaching concept and training pattern, strengthening the construction of tutor team of innovation and establishing comprehensive incentive mechanisms,etc.
