The exploration of the path of universities to strengthen engineering graduate's innovative ability

Abstract

Engineering graduate's innovative ability is the key aspects of the engineering graduate education in university. However,many universities have many problems on the education of engineering graduate students,such as innovative concept behind a lack of teachers,lack of education and guidance way,less innovation platform. In this paper,I analysis the problems and propose a path of transfer concepts,mentioning teachers,tower platform,excellent institutional improvement,which is expect to provide a reference for universities to strengthen engineering graduate's innovative ability.
