Application of WinCC in Mud-pit Liquid Level Monitoring System

Abstract

Using SIEMENS WinCC 6.0 and S7-300 series PLC,the design of a supervision and control system of mud-pit liquid level is presented.The hardware structure,communication mode between PLC and WinCC,and creation of monitoring interface is discussed in general.The system realizes the supervision and management of each mud pit liquid level,which is the foundation of manufacture automation.
