Supervision Control System of Chemical Industry Based on WinCC

Abstract

Using Siemens WinCC5.1 software and Siemens S7-300 series PLC,a supervision and control system of a chemical industry is presented.The design and application about WinCC software in the chemical industry are introduced,and flash design and the communication between the computer and PLC are also discussed.At the same time,the construction and characteristic of the butyl ester composite and recovery system are summarized.In practice,the control system is used in the chemical industry and runs steadily.
