Abstract
This article introduces the application of WinCC configuration software and S7-300 series PLC in Car Assembly-line Monitoring System.The hardware structure,communication mode between PLC and WinCC,and the creation of monitoring interface are discussed in general.In the end,the system of report forms is designed.The running result shows that the system is very stable,and can fully meet the needs of production.
