Enterprise capacity of organization and its components in dynamic environment

The growing environmental uncertainty puts forward higher requirements on the capacity of the enterprises.Based on the connotative evolution of organizational capabilities,this paper analyzed the inherent relationship between capacities,core competencies and dynamic capabilities,presented the requests of capacities corresponding to different levels of dynamic environment,and pointed out the general elements of capacities in the framework of both core competence theory and dynamic competence theory.
