The dynamic capabilities view is a new theory which derived from the resource based theory in 90s of the 20th century and a very important theory in strategic management.This paper studies the evolution of the concept of dynamic capabilities and tries to build a theoretical framework of dynamic capabilities research.Then we reveal the development of strategic management theory based on dynamic capabilities.
