Abstract

ObjectiveTo Study the quick extracting and determining methods for Magnolol and Honokiol in Magnolia offcinalis Rend et Wils.MethodsThe method of extracting Magnolol and Honokiol was extraction with the ASE300 system by orthoplan and the method of determination was deteminedby HPLC.Results60% alcohol and extracting three times for ten minutes each time at 71℃ was the optimal extracting coondition.The RP-HPLC was simple,rapid and accurate.ConclusionThe extracting and determining methods are practicale for Magnolol and Honokiol in Magnolia offcinalis Rend et Wils.
