Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of severe cholestatic virus hepatitis.METHODS:The study was a randomized,single-blind,controlled prospective trial. In which 70 patients with severe cholestatic virus hepatitis were randomly assigned to receive glycyrrhizin injection plus alprostadil(trial group) or glycyrrhizin injection alone(control group) for 4 weeks, with serum levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST,GGT and PTA in two groups compared after treatment.RESULTS:The total effective rate in trial group was 83%,significantly higher than in control group(60%)(P0.05).The statistical analysis revealed that the decreasing extent in biochemical parameters for the trial group had significant differences compared with control group(P0.01).CONC-LUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with alprostadil injection is effective in the treatment of severe cholestatic virus hepatitis.
