The Analyses of Industrial Organization of Forestry Industry in Heilongjiang Province Based on SCP Model

Forestry industry in Heilongjiang province is an important basic industry.But the forestry industry in Heilongjiang province faces enormous development challenges in recent years because of the threats of two crises in state-owned forestry region and the implementation of The Project of Natural Forest Protection.Particularly forest industrial development in Heilongjiang province lags behind the market-oriented process,and this becomes the important bottleneck to optimize forestry industry in Heilongjiang province.This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial organization of forestry industry in Heilongjiang province though the market structure,conduct and performance based on the theory of SCP model,and puts forward four measures to optimize the industrial organization of forestry industry in Heilongjiang province.
