Abstract

Based on studying the forestry industry situation in Heilongjiang Province,this paper gives the theory of five factors including the resources,industrial structure,enterprise quality,innovative elements and macro-environmental factors.In this paper,Heilongjiang Province forestry industry's impacting factors,competitive situation,the existing problems are analyzed and put forward some suggestions toward this.
