Abstract
From the circular economic theory,this article discusse the great significance of Heilongjiang forest industry development,and it analyzed Heilongjiang forest industry development situation and existing problems.Based on this,this article focus on the construction of Heilongjiang province's forest circular economy system,points out the development emphases and suggested the countermeasures of Heilongjiang forest area circular economy system.
