Abstract

AfterWorld WarⅡ,vocational and technical education in developed countries have achieved rapid development,driven by such factors as new technological revolution,economic development and demand for education and so on.In this context,higher vocational and technical colleges was produced in China in the 1980s,which was represented by short-term vocational universities.After experiments to expand the scale and education reform,China Modelabout higher vocational education have been produced,which is a new model of vocational education development suited to Chinese national conditions and with Chinese characteristics.It is not only an educational teaching model, but also a dynamic model of development.It has very great practical significance that we comb their formation process,analyze and summarize the rules and characteristics of its development for vocational education reform and healthy development in China and other countries.
